I started going to Dr. Alvarez halfway through my first pregnancy. I had excruciating lower back pain. Within the first visit Dr. Alvarez was able to make me feel so much better, I was able to get through my pregnancy and had a quick recovery. Thanks to her care!! She continued to work with me afterwards and taught me how regain my lower back strength. Now in my second pregnancy she has changed my entire pregnancy. She continues to show me helpful exercises, her adjustments is the key to getting through my rough pregnancies I can’t recommend her enough.

I started going to Hoboken Family Chiropractic + Wellness as a regular part of my prenatal care and could not be happier with this decision. The office is immaculate and the staff is always so kind. Throughout my pregnancy Dr. Brayton helped to alleviate my chronic back and pelvic pain and aided in my smooth delivery. Through her experience as a doctor and mother, she has been a wonderful resource and continues to share her abundant knowledge with me and my family about overall wellness. I started seeing Dr. Alvarez when my daughter was around 5 months old. She was experiencing plagiocephaly, or "flat head," as she favored one side during the early months of her life. She also was struggling with tummy time and overall mobility on the mat (she simply did not enjoy it).

The VAST improvement we have seen in less than two months with Dr. Alvarez is truly unbelievable. We can clearly see her skull rounding out, she's opening up in her back and chest, she leans much less to the side she favored, and overall has much more mobility.

Between her appointments and our commitment to exercises at home prescribed by Dr. Alvarez, she gained more strength during tummy time, increased rolling in both directions, and started sitting up on her own (in just the first month!). And she continues to progress everyday, hitting more and more milestones.

Dr. Alvarez has also helped her with digestion and congestion.

I am so grateful I took her when I did, as this is not something pediatricians typically recommend. I only wish I took her even sooner!
