-BrainTap therapy uses a headset with stimulating lights and a voice-guided meditation to “tap” into the subconscious mind. It offers different sessions designed to help with sleep issues, stress-reduction, weight loss and more.

 -The Biomat promotes deep healing, immune support, improved sleep, alleviates stress and pain with far infrared and negative ion technology.

 The Session: 

Enjoy a full-sensory experience with our in-office Meditation Session using BioMat and BrainTap technology to hack the subconscious mind and promote healing of the mind, body, and soul.

During this 30 minute session, patients will lie on a warm, infrared BioMat, covered in a weighted blanket, while listening to a guided meditation using the BrainTap headset. To promote further relaxation and clearing of the mind, aromatherapy using DoTerra essential oils and a Himalayan Salt lamp are used to increase serotonin levels and enhance the overall wellness experience.
