Dr. Laura T. Brayton, DC, CSP, CACCP

Dr. Laura Brayton is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1999. She furthered her education at New York Chiropractic College where she graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2003 and served her peers as Class President, Student Body President and President of the Student American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Brayton writes regularly on health-related topics and is a lecturer for various holistic groups in the community, including at yoga studios, childbirth education centers, and new moms’ groups. She also continues to stay up-to-date and current in her field with frequent post-graduate seminars in functional medicine, nutrition, allergy elimination, pediatrics, and maternity. In addition, Dr. Brayton has received certifications in Chiropractic Pediatrics (180 hour post-graduate program), Webster Technique (for breech presentation), Sound-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM), and is an advanced level practitioner of Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET). She is also certified in the Sacro Occipital Technique and working towards advancing her certification in craniopathy. Dr. Brayton is a BioEnergetic Practitioner utilizing Applied Kinesiology (manual muscle testing) to “eavesdrop” into the body and determine its current needs for health.

She is an active member of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors, American Chiropractic Association, Hoboken Chamber of Commerce, and Past President of the Hoboken Rotary Club. She also raised over $3,000 for Team for Kids which is a charity focused on addressing childhood obesity by running the 2010 NYC Marathon. Dr. Brayton was chosen by New Jersey Family magazine as one of “NJ’s Favorite Kids’ Docs” in 2010-2016.

Dr. Olga Alvarez DC, CSP

As an advocate for preventative care and family wellness in the urban community, Dr. Olga Alvarez was recognized at the Women that Transcend Global Conference by Hand Foundation NJ and the New Jersey Senate.

She is a graduate of Drew University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Music. She furthered her education at New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate of Chiropractic and is certified in the Sacro Occipital Technique, Whole Food Nutrition, Aromatouch Technique and Webster Technique. In addition, she has received training in yoga for postural correction and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. Currently, Dr. Alvarez is working in advancing her certification in craniopathy.

Dr. Alvarez is passionate about community involvement both professionally and personally. She is an active member of the Association of New jersey Chiropractors, International Pediatric Chiropractic Association, Hoboken Chamber of Commerce, Chiropractic Performing Arts Network and Christian Chiropractic Association. She also participates as a violinist in the Doctor’s Orchestral Society of New York and promotes musician’s health.

Hoboken Chiropractic + Wellness and the Women’s Center at Grove street resonates with her mission of providing integrative, holistic care to families. Preventative health begins with the family, and the family is the core for our community.

Ashley Hudanish

Ashley received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is completing her MBA in Sustainability and Environmental Compliance from Southern New Hampshire University. She worked at the Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular Institute in Manhattan and is excited to transition into holistic care. Ashley believes that chiropractic is a mind-body approach to health care that emphasizes one’s accountability towards their wellbeing now and in the future. She is committed to helping patients of all ages improve their quality of life.


Dr. Judith Meer, PT, DPT, CSCS

Dr. Judith Meer received her B.A. in Psychology from Barnard College and went on to pursue her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at New York University (NYU). While working towards her degree, she served as Vice President of the NYU Steinhardt Graduate Student Organization, and started the NYU Therapy Collective, which brought together physical, occupational, speech, counseling, art, drama and music therapy students together to learn from each other’s skill sets.

Several years after graduation, Dr. Meer found her passion in pelvic floor physical therapy. She especially enjoys helping pregnant and postpartum moms navigate the world of issues “down there” by giving them the knowledge and tools they need to tackle any bowel, bladder or sex-related problems they may be dealing with at the moment. Dr. Meer is also a firm believer in life-long learning, and carves out time throughout the year to attend conferences, take continuing education courses, and stay up-to-date on new research in the field. In this way, she can provide the best possible care to her patients. She has taken extensive coursework in pelvic health topics through the renowned Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute as well as the Section on Women’s Health of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She has been a member of the APTA since 2012, and is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Wilderness First Responder (WFR), a self-defense (Krav Maga) instructor, and a licensed New York State outdoor guide with the NYC-based company, Discover Outdoors.

Ashley Dager-Mariano

Ashley Dager-Mariano is a New Jersey Licensed Massage Therapist with additional Certification in Pre, Peri and Postnatal Massage. She is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Hoboken and gained her Prenatal Certification under the study of Carole Osborne, Founder of Body Therapy Education and Author of Pre and Perinatal Massage Therapy: A Comprehensive Guide to Prenatal, Labor, and Postpartum Practice.

In addition to Prenatal Massage and Reiki, Ashley is certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myo Fascial Release and neuromuscular techniques including Trigger Point. She incorporates methods stemming from each of these massage modalities into her practice and strives to create client-centered sessions that address each individual’s specific needs. In order to continue providing her clients with an array of massage options and services, Ashley enjoys extending her education and is planning her next certification in Craniosacral Therapy and is also interested in becoming a Doula. You can learn more at

Gina Russomano

Gina’s life was changed once she discovered the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy (CST). She left her 17-year tenure in the corporate world for one in alternative healing and has never looked back. Gina studied with Dr. Ron Wish at the Great River Craniosacral Therapy Institute for both her beginning and advanced trainings.

During each session, Gina determines the individual needs of her client by assessing their craniosacral rhythm to find where restrictions or tension patterns are present in the body. Her gentle and intuitive approach releases pain, eases stress, and relieves dysfunction to bring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.

During attended hours (Mon-Fri, 7 am-5 pm), please self-park, pay at muni-meter ($2/hour) and display the pre-paid receipt on driver's side dash.

Once all spots are full, the parking attendant will valet park all additional vehicles at the same $2.00/hour rate.

When the lot is unattended, simply self-park and pay the meter as described above.
